Just add the nights you'd like to stay at the conference hotel to your cart, apply any discounts you qualify for, and check out! We'll make sure any purchase of consecutive nights by the same person equates to a single continuous room reservation. However, if you do end up needing to purchase consecutive nights in different transactions, be sure to send us an email so we know to combine those purchase into a single room reservation!
You MAY book a single room for multiple conference attendees who would like to room together. In addition, you may book at the best rate that either roommate qualifies for (ally or self-advocate). After purchasing your room, just be sure to contact us providing the name of the attendee who booked the room and the name of the additional registered attendee who will share the room. You may also indicate whether you would prefer to be a room with one king bed or two double beds. However, we CANNOT confirm what type of room you will receive until we check with the hotel to confirm availability. If you reserve a room for multiple registered attendees (and let us know, as requested!) we will do our best to confirm your room type and get back to you within 2 business days.
