Employer Intros, q&A Breakouts + Coffee Chats
Student/employer engagement will have three main components: a large group overview of all recruiting employers, organization-specific breakout rooms for Q&A, and 1:1 coffee chats for individual conversations.
All Empwr Super Day student attendees will have the chance to hear a 3-4 minute introduction by each recruiting employer. This overview will cover the organization's industry, mission, what roles they are recruiting for, and what institutional support exists within their company for employees with disabilities.

Next, employee reps will divide up into breakout rooms. Students will be encouraged to visit rooms and ask questions which relate to the organization itself or the org's recruiting process - but not highly individualized inquiries. Save those for your coffee chats...

Finally, each employer will have between one and five representatives conducting brief 1-on-one coffee chats with students. Coffee chat sign-ups will go out the week of the conference, and each student may sign up for as many as four chats!
